Refund and Returns Policy

At NomadUK Designs, most products are personalised and made to order. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Because our products are made specifically for you, we normally cannot accept returns or offer refunds simply because you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or later decide you no longer want the item. This includes issues with spelling, names, dates, images or layout that were present in the design you approved at checkout.

Please check your design carefully before placing your order. If you would like help checking a design, ask us about a mock-up before you order.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or significantly not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

We will review each case fairly. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund or another suitable resolution. We may ask for the item to be returned or for additional information before we confirm a resolution.

What to do before returning an item

Please contact us before returning any item unless we have told you to do so. Do not dispose of the product or packaging until we have reviewed your enquiry, as we may need photos or the item itself to assess the issue.

Non-returnable situations

We are unlikely to offer a refund or return where:

  • the product was made correctly to the design and order details you submitted;
  • minor colour or placement variation occurs due to screens, print processes or product shape;
  • the item has been used, washed or altered after delivery, except where a manufacturing fault is involved;
  • you no longer want the item or ordered the wrong size or product by mistake.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law where applicable.

How to contact us

Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We aim to respond as promptly as we can during normal business hours.
