About our products
We sell personalised, made-to-order products including mugs, clothing, bags and home gifts. Products are printed using methods appropriate to the item, such as sublimation for mugs and DTF for T-shirts. Product descriptions on the website explain the item and printing method where relevant.
Your design and artwork
You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, images, colours and layout before you order. You must have the right to use any images, logos, text or artwork you upload or request us to print. You must not submit content that is offensive, unlawful, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. We may refuse to print designs that we reasonably consider unsuitable.
Colours and placement may vary slightly from what you see on screen because of monitor settings, print processes and product shape. Mock-up help may be available on request, but the final printed item remains your responsibility once approved and ordered.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Order acceptance takes place when we confirm and process your order. Prices, products and availability may change from time to time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay unless we notify you of a clear error before acceptance.
Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details on our website.
Delivery
Delivery information is set out on our Delivery page. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless we have clearly stated otherwise for a specific service.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are personalised and made to order, our returns policy is limited. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for details of when a return, replacement or refund may be offered.
Limitation
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or an order, except where such liability cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
